Terms of Use

1. The service

Trippin is a shared workspace for planning group trips: transport, stays, activities, documents and a calendar in one place, with AI features to read confirmations and answer questions about the trip.

The service is free and in beta. We do not guarantee continuous availability or the absence of errors. We may change, suspend or discontinue features or the whole service, with reasonable notice whenever possible.

2. Your account

• You must be at least 16 years old to create an account.
• The account is personal: one per person, with a real e-mail address you control.
• You are responsible for keeping your password secret and for everything done with your account. If you suspect unauthorized access, change your password and let us know.

3. Your content

Everything you put into Trippin remains yours: trips, bookings, documents, attachments and notes. You grant us only the license needed to run the service: to store that content, show it to you and the trip's members, and process it with the services listed in the Privacy Policy.

When you enter other people's data (travelers, invite e-mails), you confirm that you have their permission to do so.

4. Acceptable use

When using Trippin, you agree not to:

• Use the service for unlawful purposes or to store unlawful content.
• Enter third parties' data without their permission.
• Use the AI features or the service for purposes unrelated to trip planning.
• Attempt to access other people's trips, accounts or data.
• Use automation, scraping or any means that overloads or circumvents the normal operation of the service.

5. AI and flight status

Automatic reading of confirmations, the question assistant, activity suggestions and flight status information are informational features and may contain errors. Always check the data extracted from a confirmation before relying on it, and confirm flight times and status directly with the airline.

Trippin is not liable for missed flights, wrong bookings or any decision made on the basis of incorrect information shown by the service.

6. Sharing and public links

Members of a trip see its data. Public links you create, such as the shared day and the calendar link, are accessible to anyone who has them. You are responsible for deciding who you share those links with and for what they do with them.

7. Paid features

In the future, some features may be offered for a fee. Conditions, prices and the refund policy will be communicated before any charge and will require your express acceptance. Nothing will be charged without it.

8. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with notice whenever possible. You may close your account at any time; the Privacy Policy describes what is deleted.

9. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

Trippin is provided "as is", without a guarantee that it will meet all your needs or run without interruption. To the extent permitted by consumer protection law, we are not liable for indirect damages, lost profits or losses arising from the use of or inability to use the service. Nothing in these terms excludes rights the law grants you as a consumer.

10. Governing law and venue

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Kansas, United States, where Trippin is operated, and the courts of that state have jurisdiction over any dispute. If you use Trippin as a consumer, you keep the rights and venue guaranteed by the law of your country of residence.

11. Changes to these terms

We may change these terms. When the change is meaningful, we will let you know by e-mail or inside the app. Continuing to use the service after the notice means accepting the new terms. The date at the top identifies the version in force.
